(2)灵活性。广东快乐十分尽量考虑运行检修方便。

(3)可靠性。广东快乐十分设备检修时对系统供电影响小,尽量避免发电厂厂用电全停的可能,避免重要设备在一段负荷上,满足对电力质量的要求,保证重要负荷供电可靠。
